The Optima Collective CIC was established in 2025, built on the collective experience of a team with deep roots in psychotherapy, counselling, public health, youth work, and facilitation. Our backgrounds span work in PRUs, schools, recovery settings, and community programmes—supporting individuals and groups through moments of challenge, change, and growth. With both professional training and lived experience at the core, we bring a grounded, compassionate approach to everything we do, creating meaningful spaces for reflection, connection, and transformation.
